Before day&age Kilgour had stints at Cummins & Partners and M&C Saatchi working with clients such as ANZ, TRU Energy and Cascade. BWM Sydney bulked up its fast growing team with three senior hires including the return of cre- ative duo SEAN LAVERY and KEVIN MACNA- MARA in senior creative roles and CHRIS BOYD in a senior art director role. Previously holding senior roles on the Telstra BigPond account at BMW from 2004-2006, Lavery and MacNamara now return 'home'. Since 2006, the pair spent two years at Clemenger BBDO and then did a mix of agency and free- lance work, many times still work- ing together. MacNamara was cre- ative director for The Works for almost two years and Lavery free- lanced for Droga5 including a six month stint as a creative director. Hailing from the UK, both had extensive experience in top agencies in London before moving to Australia. NZ born Boyd spent sev- eral years in the UK working in dig- ital and traditional agency depart- ments for TribalDDB, Publicis and VCCP London. Moving to Australia in 2011, he held a variety of freelance positions before a full time role at BWM. Goodby Silverstein & Partners New York appointed ex-DDB Sydney creative team STEVE WAKELAM and NICK PRINGLE to creative director roles. This news comes as the agency's New York office continues to build its leadership team, includ- ing the recent addition of head of strategy Tom Morton, who joins Christian Haas and Nancy Reyes on the management team. The highly awarded duo previously led creative on the Volkswagen account at DDB Sydney. Last year their and Leo Burnett in London. Before DDB, Pringle was a creative direc- tor at CHI London and also spent time at Leo Burnett in London. Clemenger BBDO Sydney appointed two new creative direc- tors, IAN BROEKHUIZEN and MALCOLM CALD- WELL. Originally from South Africa, Broekhuizen spent the first seven years of his career working at Ogilvy Johannesburg during which time work won a Cannes Gold Lion for the Volkswagen 'Nightmare Parks' campaign. Prior to DDB, Wakelam was a creative group head at Publicis Mojo Sydney, where he worked on, among other projects, the globally awarded Boag's 'Pure Waters' spot, which received a Gold Cannes Lion and was consid- ered one of the best campaigns of 2009. He has also worked at BBH the agency became the most award- ed in the country. Caldwell has over 15 years experience, beginning his career in the U.K. at agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi and Leo Burnett before spending four years as creative director of Inferno. Just over two years ago, the pair teamed up at DDB in Sydney fol- lowed by a stint at Publicis Mojo. After 15 months Kiwi expat TOM MARKHAM departed the plum digital creative director role at Crispin Porter + Bogusky, Boulder to move back to New York for family rea- sons. Markham joined from Lowe Worldwide, NY in December 2011 where he was global digital creative director. He began at Lowe's Auckland in 2004 as an Interactive Creative Director, later moving up to run digital in Lowe's Sydney office. He moved to the worldwide gig in September 2009. Former Campaign Palace national creative director REED COLLINS took the chief creative officer role at Ogilvy Group Hong Kong. Collins depart- ed The Palace soon after it mor- phed into JWT Sydney back in November.
